We have established an in-house quality assurance system under which the in-house translators, editors, and proofreaders collaborate with each other. In-house translators share customer information and exchange their translation knowhow with each other to help improve translators' skills. Past information assets are accumulated through knowledge management so that customers' needs can be fully satisfied.
In order to guarantee the maximum quality, each project is entrusted to a project manager who supervises the progress of the mission and liaises with you for the entire duration of the work.
While the translation is being produced, we build up a glossary of the very technical terms, which we submit to our clients, so that they can validate our suggestions, if they so wish. This glossary is archived, and enables us to use exactly the same terminology for the document being translated and any other subsequent documents covering similar Technologies.
